Pros

Fresh Fruit in breakroom, PTO, no weekends lots of opportunity for OT and company events are nice.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement as company continues to hire employee's from outside of the organization instead of promoting from within. When employee's want to leave the department they make it very hard and make excuses and false promises. Training is very poor. To become an AM III what they call a "promotion" is something you are already doing you actually have to write a paragraph (essay) to become a mentor for newbies which i find ridiculous as you are already doing this job by being a team player. They also hire managers that have no clue what they are doing with no payroll experience and managers with no management experience who treat people with no respect, and HR is useless. If I could quit I would but a paycheck is needed. right now we just need to tough it out. PTO managers tell you how to use it? insane, they care m ore about their clients instead of their employee's. They never stand behind us and support us. They enjoy pointing out our flaws and act like if they are perfect. But Here we are doing the hardest job.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
