Pros
Culture I am a member on the services side (post sales). I have worked here for the past 5 years, and I couldn't be happier with my team. There is barely any turn over and that's because services works so well with each other. I have people that I can depend on at the end of the day, it feels like a family away from family. Management Management is amazing... its definitely a bit more hands off and wants you to feel empowered with your strategy. While the methodology is in place, there is some creativity with your approach. They will always be an advocate for you and listen to you if you have an opinion or want to see change happen. Role Being on the implementation side -- I love that I get to do some website/html items, I get to train customers, its a a nice balance between more technical yet still working on the customer facing side. Office The location is right downtown near Transamerica building and we have an AMERICANIZING VIEW! 360 views of the bay.
Cons
Don't have many cons -- you wont get the typical startup stuff here (paid lunches, free bar in the kitchen, ping pong room) and that's fine for us. We get enough resource to get by, but we could improve this a bit. There is some disconnect with parent company as they are based in Cincinnati, so sometimes they may not understand the different needs of different offices. I do wish there was some more organized outings with teams to celebrate big wins and to make sure its not all work no play. While you do get a lot of PTO, actual holidays is limited. They are a parent company is a payroll company, so days off would only be MAJOR holidays.
