* Corrupt Leadership
* Toxic work environment
*Training, at least for the tax department is not the best.
* I can only say this from a tax point of view, but they put people in TL positions that have never filed that tax type before. These "leaders" have no idea how to do the actual work or the job requirements for the specialists that they're supposed to "lead and support".
* TLs, supervisors and managers act like high-school mean girls instead of professionals.
* They seem to also have a nasty habit of firing people without cause. HR loves to refuse to tell people why they're being let go, just that "they are not obligated to tell you".
*Paycom claims to have an open door policy but people are scared to go to leadership or HR about problems occurring up there. Instead of addressing a situation where someone felt bullied by another coworker on a daily basis, they decided it was easier to fire the person reaching out for help instead of the bully.
* If you're not a favorite, there's almost no job security, no matter how much you excel in your role.
* Leadership shows that it's a popularity contest when it comes to promotions instead of the position going to someone who actually knows what they're doing.
