Company can just lay you off anytime, sometimes for a very personal reason, management is unprofessional, a lot of incompetent people inside that others need to take their responsibilities, politic there is unpleasant, biases, NOT RECOMMENDED

- Dont have much politic - Fully WFH - You get the work life balance with the pay

- Not getting proper appraisal each year - Pay is meh compare to other company
