Payaut is a great place to work. I joined from a large company myself, and moving to Payaut has been really great for my personal and professional life. Payaut is still in an early and very expansive phase. We make progress quickly and aim to do both Product and Engineering really well. Payaut is a highly dynamic workplace as we need to make product increments quickly and on limited information. I personally enjoy the fast pace and quick iterations, but you should be aware of this - especially if you are applying from a larger and more traditional organization

Payaut offers a great learning and open culture. By being transparant and be in the office for crucial architecture discussions we are able to make fast decisions and move forward with the product and build the relevant features for our customers. Its a great environment to learn from senior developers and architects, and have fun at the same time with all our company events!

The founder Ernst starts singing when he is happy, I warn you: just run! :) On a serious note: I have no negative points on Payaut, I really recommend the company and hope they can scale while keeping this culture.
