Nothing , they have no good environment and Managers in the organization . Manager says only speak Marathi , don't speak english HR head also supports this

No pros at all, whatever post they have done, it's done by HR team

As a Sales Manager, I feel that my time here has not been utilized effectively. Performance is not evaluated based on targets or achievements, but rather on personal preferences and non-professional factors. There is also a Senior Manager who frequently influences the Director’s opinions about other team members, which often results in unnecessary criticism and public reprimands. Additionally, there are concerns about lead management practices, as some leads appear to be shared externally, yet this behavior continues without question due to blind trust. Moreover, despite holding a senior position, he lacks in-depth knowledge of advanced products. During client demos, he often involves the CEO or junior team members to manage discussions that should ideally be handled independently.
