Pros
The pay is decent. PayPal has an enviable position in the market. There are some really good technologists to work with. Opportunity abounds!
Cons
Culture is a little dry, quiet. For all the opportunity in the air you might expect more buzz/energy from the employees. There is some amount of slow-motion chaos at all times, arguing over resources/priority and empire-building to navigate.
