Free soft drinks and good benefits that start on day one
Cons
Work environment seems like middle school; discriminatory practices; team leaders are untrustworthy and unprofessional; issues reprimands and you have no knowledge of them until weeks or months later but most importantly they may be for the dumbest things that are normal forms of self expression; you have to bid on a work shift; lacks leadership and implementation of policies in a uniform manner.
