Pros
Great people, valuable mission, diverse projects with huge data sets and interesting questions, corporate stability, laid back hours and atmosphere (very good work/life balance). Nice perks (though not extravagant).
Cons
Limited career opportunities within the company, at least without a relocation. Some lack of mentoring and company-wide standards for certain things, while other things require lots of red tape.
