Pros

- Fully remote - Easy to request and take leave

Cons

- Unclear company direction. The company lacks a clear roadmap or long-term vision, idk where it will be go. - You’re expected to take initiative and propose your own work even without knowing whether it’s actually needed or not. - There is lack of assignments, but you may still be perceived as unproductive if you’re not actively delivering work. very confusing. - Team members function more like task receivers rather than collaborators. - There are no regular meetings or feedback sessions focused on improving the product. Design and development lack alignment. - No career growth - Whether it is your birthday, new year, or christmas, there are no greetings. even AI could do better. - You can be removed from the team at any time without clear reason or notice.

Pros

It is an 8 hour job.

Cons

Marketing is quite difficult because everyday you have quota for new customer sign ups. Managers will push you to get your quota and it is very complicated because of PDPA and customers do not easily give their details. Marketing means you need to go out of your branch and look for people to sign up as new customers.
