Pros
They donate a portion of every swipe to nonprofits that are vetted into their give back program "Every Swipe Benefits Charity". They do not have quotas, nor a minimum expectation of how much time you put in. They do not micromanage their reps, they do however offer excellent support and guidance if desired. All details are upfront and honest for their merchants, no cancellation fee or hidden fees. Being able to impact nonprofits (and people they help) within my own community! They discourage cold calling, instead urging their reps to join referral groups, chambers, and network to build relationships. It is very rewarding to be able to be up front and honest with business owners. By guaranteeing to match or lower current rates, the discussion with prospective clients is more about resolving their current issues and helping us impact our communities by giving back, how much we will save them becomes secondary.
Cons
It is commission only, so be aware that you're going to get out what you put in. The nonprofits they donate to need to be in their program. No electronic statement option for customers, and no digital application, or other needed forms.
