Management will promise and not give raises and then promise they’re coming next quarter and when next quarter rolls around it’s the same cycle. Does not pair fairly for the amount of work that is actually put on the CRM. Every other department will get praises while the CRM team continuously gets blamed for things they didn’t do while working on a severely outdated system.
