The happiness of each individual employee seems to be as important as the goals of the company. Here are a few characteristics of the company that come to my mind: 1. Pavigym has a learn-it-all, high-performance culture that fosters growth and innovation. 2. Pavigym has a customer-first mindset and not only knows how to delight their customers but also knows how to invent on behalf of their customers by understanding the unmet needs of the customers. 3. Pavigym has a clear purpose that articulates who we are and what we stand for. This clarity in purpose then guides every mission, vision and strategy. 4. Pavigym uses technology as a catalyst for change. 5. Every employee in Pavigym is an entrepreneur and is responsible for growth. 6. Pavigym knows how to be resourceful (ruthless prioritization, creativity, focus, and determination) to get things done, and is not constrained by lack of resources (time, money, people, etc.). 7. Leaders in Pavigym make decisions based on long-term objectives, not short-term goals. Ultimately, Pavigym knows that nobody wins unless everybody wins, which is why we strive to be good at every single characteristic listed above.

Many more positive things than negative ones, so it's not worth wasting time on this.

The company has an incredible product-market fit. It has striken gold with PRAMA. The concept really works and it is a true innnovation for the fitness industry. It is really a matter of good execution. If the company continues on the current path it might become a "unicorn" (>1 billion valuation) within the next 5-10 years. It is a fast-paced envinronment with lots of learning and advancing opportunities. The management in general, including the Executive Commitee and the CEO are very open minded and willing to try new things and explore new ways of doing things. The team and the culture are great. They have a strong community that makes you feel belong to something worth it. They also provide some great benefits for employees such: language courses, free training, flexible working hours, team and company events, etc. Pavigym bets on talent and you can tell!

The company is undergoing a profound transformation, from pure florring manufacturing to a fitness-tech innovative company, and during the past 3 years there were many changes. Although currently it has already navigated most of this, it is still a very fast-paced environment, more adequate for "entrepreneurs" than for "civil servant" type of workers.
