Pros
Pave Talent is absolutely one the best companies I have worked for and if you have the privilege of joining Jeff's team of recruiting powerhouses, do it! Prior to joining Pave, I was trapped in a toxic-filled work environment with untrusting management, no support or partnership, no work life balance, the list goes on. But joining Pave, I found everything I was looking for in a company. They truly follow a "work hard play hard" environment. You run your own business and so long as you meet expectations, you have complete freedom. They have a true open door policy - CEO & Leadership are very receptive to feedback and adoption of new systems/tools to streamline processes & efficiency. A very trusting place where your opinion and voice matters, which has built my confidence in my skills and was highly appreciated.
Great benefits include unlimited PTO that you can actually use, remote work (anywhere in the world!), flexible hours, 401k with company match, H/D/V, fun company outings (expensive dinners, happy hours, trips, etc.). Everyone here truly works as a team and I hate to be cliche or be that person but it truly felt like we were a family. I can not recommend Pave Talent enough. Hands down the most supportive, encouraging, and fun team I have had the pleasure to work for.
Cons
The only con I can think of is if you like/need to be micromanaged 24/7, this may not be the company for you. There is absolutely zero micromanagement.
