      Awesome culture, very collaborative, low ego, and not cut throat. Pattern is the #1 3P seller on Amazon so this job is the cream of the crop when it comes to Amazon advertising experience. Unlimited PTO, flexible hybrid schedule, and a lot of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      It's a lot of work managing 5-8 brands at once. It can be pretty demanding.
