Pros

Great team, if you have an interest in the industry of diesel power and inovation, this place is a wealth of knowledge. Great work hours, good life work balance.

Cons

Technicians are completely underrated, supervisors don't have power to supervise as they get office bound so you can't improve field ops if you can't monitor low performers! No one does safety audits on field techs, should hire corporate consultant, promotion from within should never be in same departments causes power struggles, listen to the opinions of the workers it counts, and pay for the work you want done "if you pay peanuts you get monkeys"

Pros

Opportunity to learn about engines and electric power, if you choose to learn. Work with some great technicians. 401k. Holiday Pay.

Cons

Place has gone downhill since the recent VP change, anyone with talent who is employable has left. Few of the new engine guys are good, about it. *Managers need to get out of their own way, micro management runs rampant, then poor follow up from management (ie emails sit for days), would be good for managers to learn and understand the jobs of everyone from top to bottom. *Managers make decisions with little knowledge of what processes are currently in place. *Managers set the boundaries and guidelines, then change their ideas and contradict themselves depending on which way the wind blows, then call you an idiot. *Its sink or swim here, they show you how do something once, then figure it out. *Managers crave being "the smartest one in the room". *Managers recruit "Yes people" for sales who have little knowledge and dump all the work and responsibility on inside staff. *Training?
