I experienced a lot of internal development and had very motivating direct managers. I liked the emphasis on direct and constructive feedback.

Cons

At some point I didn't have the feeling that I was being listened to by the management team, and I had the feeling that goals and priorities were changing too often.

- Nette Leute - Coole Events - Gründer sehr herzlich - Tolles Produkt

Cons

- Prozesse sind unterirdisch - Veränderungen dauern ewig (vergleichbar mit Behörde) - Teamleads sind abteilungsübergreifend Freunde/Bekannte/ehemalige Kollegen der Gründer, kaum extern, und ihnen fehlt leider jegliche Kompetenz - Gehalt ist weit unter Durchschnitt - man ist für viele Dinge verantworlich, die nicht im Aufgabenbereich liegen, da keine Strukturen / Mitarbeiter dafür vorhanden sind - keine klaren Entwicklungspläne von Seiten der Firma
