Pros
This is a company that truly cares about the wellbeing of their employees and actively finds ways to make the culture better. There are plenty of motivating perks beyond money and benefits: work flexibility, food, events, and bonus prizes for performance. You really feel appreciated and needed. The leaders are very in-tune, making sure your concerns are addressed, you have all the training you need, and that you're able to get help when you need it. Healthy company culture is a big priority around here, and you can see that reflected by how the employees talk about their jobs. You can't ask for a better environment than that!
Cons
Working for a smaller company, you often times have to wear many hats. If like your position to always stay exactly the same, you might get frustrated, but I personally think that would be boring.
