Pros

You're just not another name on a listserv. - Meaningful work, and you get to see its impact in the short and long run. - They put a lot of investment into seeing you grow and develop, people are always more than willing to help and catch you up to speed. - Hybrid work environment and generous PTO. People go to the office because they want to and because it's nice, not at gunpoint.
Cons
- Starting at an entry level can be a challenge. It comes with high expectations, and your work has a high degree of ownership. While they are always willing to help, it sometimes doesn't feel like you're doing enough.
