Pathfinder is one of the most professional and fun work environments I've seen able to be apart of.
The office is very professional. I met Noah who was very charismatic and broke down the company goals he was trying to accomplish. Not everyday you interview with the CEO of a company.
The team is very lively and friendly. Everyone gets along well and is family oriented. Lots of fun team nights where we get together.
Cons
If you don't like talking to customers or people this won't be a good fit.
If you're looking for just an hourly paying job this won't be a good fit.
I used to work in retail management and event planning/photography for weddings and various celebrations so this job was definitely a different flavor than what I was used to. But the thing is that they don’t put you down when you’re struggling. They helped find my struggles and helped me grow from there. I’ve been an employee for about 5.5 months and moving forward into management. Definitely a great job if you like to take control of your paycheck as they are commission based but they have hourly pay in case you don’t preform well on a day, it’s a safety net but obviously we want to take home much more than base pay. This company really cares about what we do as a team and they cater to everyone’s goals. You just need to be willing to put in the time. IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK = YOU WILL SEE RESULTS
Cons
You do have to drive a lot and spend time in places you’re not familiar with but that’s not really a con. You just need to learn how to adapt in situations that are different than what you’re used to.
