Pros

The pros have nothing to do with Pathfinder, I enjoyed working with some of the people I worked with, but we were all treated poorly by ownership. They do not care about us.

Cons

-Terrible turn over rate -No overtime allowed -Higher management eats breakfast, lunch and dinner on company’s dime but front desk or housekeeping staff who make way less are given a 50% discounts while any pathfinder sales team or “head honchos” can grab whatever they wish. -They don’t care to provide growth for employees and hire task force when they could give deserving people opportunities. -Owners are pocketing money -Fishy business

Flexible working schedule. That’s about it.

Cons

Run, don’t walk from this company. The pay may be good, but the way the owners manage the business is beyond frustrating. They rely on ChatGPT to make nearly every decision instead of valuing actual industry experience and critical thinking. Ideas get pushed through without proper strategy or consideration because “ChatGPT said it was a good idea.” Technology can be a tool, but it should never replace leadership, experience, and common sense. Unfortunately, this has been by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
