Pros
Highly rated product, highly rated customer satisfaction, and incredibly competitive pricing. I have not worked for a company in the past that had all 3. All of the opportunities are growth related (versus addressing problems) - it is a nice position to be in. The team is super engaged, very customer focused, and truly lives the values. It is a nice surprise actually - most companies have values: "We love our customers", "we love our employees", etc. But I have NEVER worked for a company who consistently uses them to make decisions. At PMPC, I have been in meetings where we are deciding to do something and someone says "we avoid shenanigans" and that's it....in the best way possible...that aligns everyone to the same course of action. It's refreshing. Also, I have observed the leadership team repeatedly and earnestly seek feedback. And then do something with it. Mind blown. And stop to check on a team member...even when we have urgent issues going on. "Is doing ok? I saw a note they sent and want to see if they need help." Finally, the benefits and give back programs are amazing - best I have ever experienced.
Cons
No company is perfect; we have normal growing pains; too much to do, etc. Lots of opportunity for process improvements and automation; plans to improve are in place and funded.
