Pros
I'm love the company's commitment to its values. From day one it was clear that the company places a high priority on treating employees with respect, providing excellent customer service, and giving back to the community. The leadership team really lives out these values in their daily actions, and they encourage all employees to do the same. I love the company culture. Everyone is friendly and supportive, and there's a real sense of teamwork and collaboration. We celebrate each other's successes and help each other out when we're facing challenges. I feel lucky to work here, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for the company, its employees, and its amazing customer base!
Cons
Not a single con to think of!
Pros
Leadership is genuinely engaged and invested in my growth. I’m constantly learning and evolving, which has been such a refreshing change of pace. My team is fantastic. Thoughtful, kind, and incredibly supportive. I’m really enjoying my time here so far. I stay busy, but I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact, and that’s been incredibly rewarding. The benefits are really strong and thoughtfully designed. A truly comprehensive Total Rewards package. The culture here is really unique and something I really appreciate! Very much looking forward to growing my career with this company.
Cons
We are growing quickly, which can sometimes mean shifting priorities and evolving processes. If you prefer highly structured environments with everything fully built out, this may feel fast paced at times. We are remote - so you have to make a conscious effort to connect, but PMPC also gives us real opportunities to connect in person (Annual All-Company Summit!)
Pros
I had recently retired from a large software company after 30+ years of service. I wasn't sure if I was done working but I knew that chapter in my life was done. The things that I had loved about my previous company were long gone. Customer obsession, showing empathy (especially to employees), and humility, to name a few core values, were no longer part of the company culture. Work was no longer fun. It had become just a job. I can honestly say that this was the only scenario and company for which I considered coming out of retirement and pursuing. The leadership team models & lives our core values day-to-day. This has created a culture where employees are empowered to do their best work. I definitely have a passion for the solutions that we build and the lives that we are able to change but how we do it has been the most refreshing to me. Work is fun again.
Cons
I'm not sure I have run across any to date. We're fully remote and flexibility is valued. Maybe a con is not joining PMPC sooner?
