      Some great people. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      The CEO and everything else. The management structure is unstable, with frequent changes in leadership leading to confusion and a lack of clear direction. Communication from senior leadership is often poor, with employees sometimes learning about major changes through impersonal emails.

      Cons

      They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

      Pros

      Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

      Cons

      CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
