Ownership and management manipulates and takes clear advantage of its staff... overworking, underpaying, requiring extra responsibilities without extra compensation and most importantly, recently finding out they were withholding backpay and benefits. GM and Owner are the friendly, charming neighborhood faces of the company but in reality, are passive aggressive, if not also, actually aggressive, and basically the equivalent of timeshare salesmen who pretend to represent a so-called progressive, inclusive and industry-changing mission. So many people who get hired end up leaving within the first week alongside veteran employees who are quitting left and right.
