Supportive staff and students but poor management - Anonymous employee Parul University Employee Review

The management team and leaders in specific departments are not good and also not having good system especially they are not supportive for the welfare of the employees, not treating equally and also working hours are very lengthy and even Sundays also need to go. Work life balance is very low.
