Pros
Immensely talented group of people. Smart, creative, adaptable, committed, and point blank able to get things done even when it seems improbable. Employee-owned and ESOP is a rare find in any industry. Small enough to know all your coworkers and have sight-lines to senior management, big enough to feel stable. Awesome range of generational diversity, career backgrounds, perspectives, and experience to lean on and grow from. Opportunities for growth for the intrinsically motivated. Creative half-days, conference budgets, company-wide memberships, etc. If there's something you want to try, ask.
Cons
Some client retainers enable high workloads without the appropriate level of pay. Room for transparency in the promotion and development process, especially on the studio side. Lingering divide between studio and integrated side as both provide very different services and follow different models. Can feel like two separate worlds.
