      Had access to great loan programs and a great team environment

      Cons

      If I had to choose a con I'd say smaller outfit than say a big bank so less brand recognition, but that is also the point of Partners. This "con" can be used to your advantage.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Good support from processing. Good place to work for an experienced referral based loan officer.

      Cons

      Lack of structured marketing and database managment. Company wants to provide "world class service", but it is up to the loan officer to make it happen. No support for new loan officers. If you are not experienced with a sourse of leads, this is not the place for you.
