      Lots of opportunity, growth is eminent, and you are constantly stretched to deliver more than you think you can.

      Cons

      Startup's can be tough when you have to build everything from the ground up. This is a blessing and a curse depending on who you might ask.

      Pros

      The company is fantastic and does almost everything great. Leadership is amazing to work with, the teams are very helpful and eager to learn new opportunities and micromanagement is held to an absolute minimum. Work life balance is typical of a start up! A lot of effort is needed to be put in but you are well rewarded for it and the leadership highly encourages you to maintain a healthy work life balance as well.
