None, they are a scam company that works with other scam companies
Cons
They will hire you with a regular contract, just to say after some months that they don't need you anymore. They do this even after the probation period, which is illegal in Romania, ITM started an investigation for me and they already told me that I will win for sure, you can fire people without a reason in this country.
