This is hands-down the best place I've worked. While there are many reasons Partify is great, I think it boils down to these 3 overarching themes:
 Team and leadership -
 Leadership team amazing. Consists of a bunch of super smart visionaries who are also able to execute these visions operationally. There are zero politics or egos, they truly work together and collaborate to drive the company forward. This mentality permeates throughout the rest of the company. Absolutely amazingly talented team across the board - consists of high-functioning, intelligent and genuinely nice people. Everyone is aligned and works together to build an amazing company and product. Culture & environment - It's a perfect mix of a typical start-up culture's fast paced entrepreneurial spirit blended with the outstanding leadership. The culture of feedback and support and grooming every person to achieve it’s best in their career path. 

Work -
 At Partify, the work is both interesting and meaningful. Every day presents the opportunity to work on an impactful project that moves the needle for the business. You are given the keys to innovate you are recognized for your achievements.
