A lot of hard work goes into creating a positive work environment which reflects on the whole team. The flexibility of hybrid working is a huge benefit and helps people maintain a great work-life balance. The office has a great atmosphere due to it being dog friendly and in a great location in Manchester. Line managers work hard to keep their teams happy and create a supportive environment to help people progress within their careers.

Decisions can often fluctuate which can make it hard to keep track of things and plan long-term. Although I understand this is what startup life is like!
