      Good for the learning experience in electronics parts. Good exposure of the domain knowledge of the international Market. Limited Opportunity of growth.

      Cons

      Limited Opportunity of growth. Small Company. Limited knowledge scope and not good for staying long in the company. Not many facilities like big MNCs.

      Pros

      It was a team atmosphere, and everyone wanted to help each other succeed in achieving one's goals.

      Cons

      Sourcing agents were given incentives based on the reqs that they were working on. Meaning the bigger the requisition, the more attention it got. The smaller reqs.were never worked.
