      Pros

      Salary pays well but would be surprised if bonus continues to be paid Snacks beer and wine anytime(maybe too much)

      Cons

      Poor management Lack of understanding IT concepts. Lack of process Recent lay offs No vision No marketing and does not understand customer Does not grasp software or systems complexity. Several alcoholics in senior positions in my opinion.

      Pros

      People seem happy to work here. Leadership makes decisions based on need and what's practical - they don't hide behind policy for the sake of policy. Leadership starts at "yes" and then examines outcomes instead of a default "no" for everything.

      Cons

      Technology has been rooted in maintenance mode and "keeping the lights on" instead of forward progress. Changing the maintenance attitude has been slow.
