Pros
This is a great place to work for hard working, driven people who can self-manage and help meet goals set by leadership. This is a flexible environment and one that puts family first and with the understanding that work must be done and be done well. There are high expectations for achievement and not a lot of room for chronic, repeat errors. People are expected to learn and then excel.
Cons
If you aren't a self-starter who likes to work, this is not the place for you. This can be a high stress job with pressure so the environment is one that needs someone who can manage all of that.
