Pros

The location and the office space is good.

Cons

If you want to - wake up and not want to go to work... - get more responsibility than what was agreed on before... - receive unclear expectations from management and then be made responsible for them... - witness colleagues being let go in an inhumane manner... - work in a misogynistic environment... - work under an inexperienced management team that does not provide an actionable vision and strategy, yet is very, very full of themselves - read Glassdor reviews from management team members that were posted to raise the rating scale - work in a culture in which vulnerability is considered a weakness, and people talk behind each others' backs ... then ParkBee is for you.

Pros

At least Atlassian keeps moving forward and building real teams. Parkbee doesn’t — not under his “leadership”

Cons

The CTO joined over a year ago, full of promises about change, salary increases, and new opportunities. None of it ever materialized. Instead, we got someone still living off his Atlassian past — constantly referencing it as if he’s still there. He presents himself as a visionary, talking endlessly about innovation and AI, but in practice brings confusion, inconsistency, and a complete lack of communication. He doesn’t guide or mentor anyone. People who need support are ignored, and those who dare to challenge him are quietly pushed aside or made to feel small. His leadership style relies more on intimidation than collaboration. He often pretends to know everything, but his decisions show the opposite. With no real design background, he dictates UX and creative direction. With no marketing or sales experience, he makes strategic calls far outside his expertise — even going as far as to introduce a new brand name without any research or validation. But hey kudos for creating a childish song with the new brand name. *rolling eyes* The “strong network” he bragged about never translated into results — only freelancers on expensive, short-term contracts. Meanwhile, teams are stagnant, morale is low, and the product has lost direction.

Pros

Unfortunately, none after the company was handed over to the new CTO. The environment has become increasingly toxic, especially for women. There’s a noticeable pattern of discrimination, with the CTO enabling and encouraging biased behavior through his inner circle of handpicked favorites. It’s a concerning shift from what the company once stood for.

Cons

The company’s culture and direction deteriorated after the appointment of a new CTO, who was brought in through personal connections with a board member. Since then, he has been given unchecked control and has increasingly filled key positions with former colleagues from his previous company. This strategy has sidelined existing talent, reduced transparency, and created a culture of favoritism and micromanagement, severely affecting team morale and overall productivity.
