Pros
Decent pay and great benefits. Most of the employees are good people who really want to help grow your career.
Cons
The company kind of uses false advertising. During the interview process you see the downtown office, get to visit the good clients, and upper management talks about how Pariveda only does the cool and interesting work. The company prides itself on being super transparent with a unique feedback and promotion system. All of this is great, but far from the truth. They show you how awesome it is downtown -- week guess what, only upper management and corporate services actually work there. They get free food, drinks, coffee, beer, etc. while you are billable at the client sitting in a 5x7 foot closet with 7 other people. You don't hear about the bad clients, where 60-hour work weeks are all too familiar. All for usually crappy work; however, management will try to convince you that the work is super interesting and sugar coat the whole thing instead of being transparent and real. And you want to know what no one will tell you this? Because if they do, it'll somehow show up in their review as a Career Development Plan (CDP) item and prevent then from being promoted. That's what honesty will get you.
