I have so much opportunity to grow my career at Pariveda. I have an incredible mentor helping me reach my goals, a wonderful team supporting me along the way, and clear expectations set for myself and all of my colleagues which promotes such a healthy work environment. With transparent salaries company-wide, this also helps me set my financial goals and expectations.
Cons
During busy times, there sometimes isn't enough encouragement to ensure everyone is taking lunch breaks and ending work on time, which can feel like pressure to work longer hours when things are busy. Though there is usually an emphasis on work-life balance, sometimes this can be pushed to the side when pressure is high.
