Cons
Parfois is by far the worst company I've worked before. Here are some cons: Micromanagement Overload: Constant oversight by management strips away any independence, destroying morale and slowing down the workflow. Deplorable Facilities: The office infrastructure is a nightmare, with sewage odors, exposed wiring, broken doors, and damaged toilets as a daily backdrop. No Basic Comforts: There isn’t even a microwave available for employees—comfort and convenience are clearly not priorities here. Absurd Client Rules: When models come in, we’re expected to hide while eating, prohibited from even sharing meals as a team if they’re in sight. The result? A stifling, unnecessarily rigid atmosphere. Scorching Summer Without AC: We endured three months in the new studio with no air conditioning in peak summer, with people nearly passing out from the heat. Zero Parking Consideration: No parking is provided, forcing employees to fend for themselves at their own expense—yet another reflection of the company’s lack of concern. Remote Work Reserved for a Select Few: Despite requests, remote work has been strictly limited to certain people, with no justification offered for why others are denied the option. Bare Minimum Salaries: To top it off, the pay is strictly average—no incentives, no bonuses, just the bare minimum required to get by. These points paint a clear picture: this company places employee well-being, fair treatment, and basic respect last on its priority list.
