Either overworked or lack of work, lack of promotions, Micro management, upper management is disconnected and does not care how many hours you have to work, could have to work 10+ hour days to meet deliverables, SOPs and DEGs are lacking

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
