As the pharmaceutical industry is going through a transformational stage, working for a company that has a strong culture of transparency, empowerment, trust and innovation is key. Despite being a huge global organization the company feels like a family. With sincere interest in gaining insight from all levels; investing in training and career development and maintaining a positive and healthy corporate culture.
Cons
It is a large organization, and although Parexel actively engages and communicates, individual employees also need to make an effort to reach out and be recognized. This is not a Parexel con but rather a success factor for anyone who wants to thrive in a large organization.
