Pros
Great medical benefits - at least until 2017 when ObamaCare Cadallac tax kicks in and above average medical plan will be dropped due to government taxation; Great vacation and personal time off. Can work from home environment which allows more work to get done.
Cons
Majority of LMs and HR managers are inexperienced and provide no support for problem solving. LMs are normally CRAs who tire of travel and are promoted to an over paid non billable position. They have no education training in management and no experience as managers. This leads to CRAs with years of education and experience being professionally harassed. LMs stress quantity of work over quality of work due to some obscure time on site metric that has little to do with time of on site quality.
