Pros
Best thing about this company is the people. The people with tenure have the big picture in mind. They understand that the products that they are working on will eventually be products that they or their loved ones will be taking and they want to ensure that the trials are bring done with quality.
Cons
The new people coming into the company are only worried about themselves, money and what rules don't apply to them so they can leap frog to the top. They don't get the picture which puts quality and subject safety at risk. Upper management needs to empower the management to recognize the dedicated, loyal, quality minded people who care about their work. HR and the hiring managers need to improve their screening process in order to hire more quality minded staff.
