      Pros

      Most people you interact with are good at what they do and are responsive/helpful. Work-life balance is good on the recruitment/HR side. Corporate pay is generally above average and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Many managers are hell bent on being the only source of information within their team. This leads to never-ending silos and constantly moving targets that seem to come out of nowhere. Nepotism is prevalent, and individual contributors are often expected to just keep their heads down and be worker bees. Not a good environment for feeling valued or garnering any level of positive morale.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
