      Friendly staff Great local management in Russia Great time-off policy, insurance

      Cons

      Too much corporate systems that are not helpful. Almost all systems are very raw and you need to struggle with them instead of getting help in your work. Level of expertise in statistical department is low. There are not much professionals. Trainings they provide are very boring and about nothing. Not for people.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
