Pros

Flexible work-from-home policy, that is all

Cons

Never in my life have I worked with a more incompetent and, quite frankly, nasty group of people. You'll be lied to during the hiring process and then be met with resistance and open hostility any time you attempt to do the job you were hired to do (because doing your job successfully could potentially hurt someone's feelings). A clueless and disrespectful executive team and a horrible HR department work together to reward incompetent managers with promotions while driving away or laying off anyone with intelligence and talent. There is no job security here where frequent layoffs are the norm. I advise anyone reading these reviews to scroll back a few pages where it's a steady stream of one negative review after another, then suddenly in September the positive five-star reviews began flooding in. These are clearly fake reviews being posted by management/HR.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
