Pros

The people you get to work with are great and most seem willing to help when you have a question or a task that you need help on. I feel very supported by my peers.

Cons

The multiple layers and 10 ways to do one thing make navigating the structure and getting something done a little painful. Sometimes you may feel constrained and not allowed to do your job... even though you were hired for your expertise. Management seems to like it their way and that's it despite a lot of talk about being open to new ideas and ways of doing things.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
