      Pros

      Good entry to the CRO industry, income above industry average, working from home allowed

      Cons

      Huge work volume, high employee turnover rate and they hire less people than actually left the company so the remaining employees needs to make extra efforts to deal with the daily tasks, no work-life balance, no overtime compensation, sr. Management cares more about metrics than quality, no support from directors

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
