      Pros

      Remote work is great perk, saving commute time and freeing up hours during the day. Collaborative work environment, good people. One stop shop since the company is a CRO.

      Cons

      Company too big to succeed in every area. Management out of touch with systemic issues. The wheels grind slow in terms of initiating positive change. Lack of accountability when implementing IxRS systems.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
