      1. Good organisation overall. 2.Employee friendly policies

      1. The senior manager is completely inefficient and lack people skills, technical skills.. 2. Extremely high attrition, in the Project finance team has the highest attrition in the org. 3. No standard process for knowledge transfer, it basically just dumping work onto others. 4.High degree of favouritism with the team. 5. The finance process is in shambles, even the CEO has resigned. So hopefully u can understand where it's headed to.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
